Cancellation policy
- You can cancel 48hrs before your appointment to recieve a full refund. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days to process.
- Any cancellations after 48hrs will not be entitled to any refunds. The business may use its discretion to only charge for the booking fee in exceptional circumstances.
- You may reschedule your appointment once within 48hrs. Further rescheduling will result in a loss of payment.
- In rare circumstances, should your appointment be cancelled by the clinic, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days to process.
Prescriptions
- All prescription treatments such as botox, vitamin injections and weight loss pens are non refundable if less than 48hrs cancellation notice is given due to these being prescribed in your name.
- Legally, we cannot use prescription products in your name for another client.
Booking Fee
- All appointments are subject to a refundable booking fee if 48hrs cancellation notice is given or your appointment is cancelled by the clinic.
- In the event that an appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs, including exceptional circumstances, the booking fee will be non-refundable.
- A booking fee of 2.9% + £0.20 will be applied to the total cost of each booking.
- The client agrees to pay the booking fee and that the booking fee is offset from the actual treatment cost. If the client does not agree to pay the booking fee, they must not go ahead with their payment and booking. __________________________________
- If you attend your appointment and choose not to go ahead with your treatments, you will have a 14 day cooling period to claim a credit note. If you opt for a cheaper treatment we will deduct the difference in price. Outwith this period, you will lose any entitlement to a partial refund or credit note. It is the responsibility of the client to claim a credit note or book in for another treatment.
- If you attend your appointment and it is agreed upon between you and your practitioner to reschedule for a more suitable treatment, you will receive a credit note of your initial payment towards this or a refund of the difference. Any further cancellations or rescheduling will result in a loss of your entitlement to a refund.
- A credit note can not be exchanged for a refund.
- In rare circumstances that a positive aspiration is received, we can only make so many attempts before we cannot carry out the treatment and continuing the treatment will be at the discretion of the practitioner. Unfortunately this does not entitle you to a refund due to product & service costs. Please be assured that we take every caution to avoid this.
- Please note that any refunds due to dissatisfaction of treatments, will be at the discretion of your practitioner and whether revisions can be offered instead.
- It is the clients responsibility to book in for any '2 week reviews' and will be liable for any charges outwith this period. We strictly cannot offer '2 week reviews' to anybody where there has been more than 21 days since their last anti-wrinkle treatment. A surcharge of £25 will be due should their appointment be more than 21 days since the last appointment. If more than 4 weeks (28 days) have passed since the last appointment, the full amount of the treatment will be due.
- Please note that it is at the discretion of our practitioner whether a 2/4week review is required as this may not be suitable for every client. Please ask our practitioner whether they think a review will be required before booking if you are unsure.
